Status Ninja is ISVR's own uptime monitoring service for websites, APIs and servers.
The challenge
When a website or API goes down, a business often hears about it from its customers first. Teams need to know within minutes, through a channel they actually watch, and they need a simple way to tell their own users what is happening.
What we built
A monitoring service that runs checks around the clock from more than one location, alerts the team when a monitor goes down and again when it recovers, and publishes status pages.
- Monitors: HTTP(S), ping, TCP port, keyword and DNS, with SSL certificate and domain expiry checks on paid plans.
- Alerts: email, SMS and Telegram, with delays you can set to avoid repeated alerts.
- Status pages and reports: public or private pages showing uptime and incidents.
- Free plan: a free tier, with shorter check intervals on paid plans.
The result
Status Ninja is live, and anyone can start on the free plan. Teams hear about downtime from an alert rather than from their customers.
