The client
TriCity Wave Capital serves people in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula who are looking for a home, a job or a financial product.
The challenge
The business works across three areas that are usually served by separate websites: real estate, recruitment and financial services. Separate sites would split the audience and the enquiries. Each area also needs its own way of searching: property by type and by sale or rent, jobs by experience and salary, and loans by credit score and tenure.
What we built
One platform with three sections that share a design and navigation. Each section has its own search, filters, listing cards and enquiry form. Further pages cover insurance, investments, income-tax filing and web development services, each with a detail page and an enquiry button.
- Property listings: search by buy or rent and by property type, with location, price and configuration on each card.
- Job board: IT, corporate and remote roles, filtered by experience, job type and salary range.
- Loans, insurance and investments: an options checker by service, credit score band and tenure, with the key terms on each product.
- Enquiries and WhatsApp: an enquiry form in every section, plus a WhatsApp chat link.
Technology and our role
ASP.NET Core, SQL Server and Microsoft Azure. Our role: design, development, hosting and ongoing support.
The result
Visitors move between property, jobs and finance without leaving the site, and each area has its own direct enquiry route. We continue to support the platform.
